These Messaging Terms explain how JGN Consulting ("JGN Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) when you opt in through jgnconsulting.ai or another clear consent method.

Program description

This is a marketing messaging program. If you opt in on our contact form, JGN Consulting may send you promotional and marketing text messages — such as information about our AI consulting services, special offers, and company news and updates.

Message frequency varies. Providing consent is not a condition of any purchase or of submitting the contact form.

How to opt in

You can opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and submitting the form with a valid mobile phone number. The checkbox is not pre-selected. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in texting; you must affirmatively check the consent box.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to opt out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and you will no longer receive texts from this program unless you opt in again. You may also email [email protected] to request removal.
